About The Role

Join our
- paced online content moderation team as we work to keep digital spaces safe and welcoming. As a Spanish + English Content Moderator, you'll review, assess, and take appropriate action on
- generated content across multiple platforms. Your work helps maintain compliance with platform guidelines and protects the community experience.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal On-Site

Start Date: 2 October 2025

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Responsibilities

• Review text, image, and video content for compliance with community guidelines.
• Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work within established KPIs for productivity and quality.
• Contribute to a safe and respectful online environment.

Language Requirements

• Spanish: Native/C2 level fluency.
• English: B2 level minimum.

Schedule

• Shifts: 24/7 Monday to Sunday (rotative).
• Days Off: 2 rotating days per week.
• On-site in Lisbon (no relocation package available).

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: 870/month × 14 months/year.
• Performance Bonus: 80/month × 11 months/year.
• Welcome Bonus: 1, 000 (one-time).
• Meal allowance: 7. 23/day (if applicable per company policy).
