What Youll Do:

• Inbound customer service position
• Support customers with their questions and being the first line contact around the entire service retail
• Questions are frequently related with phone banking ID, T-PIN & Postbank app setup.
• Presentation of the product range & support of central marketing campaigns.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in German (C1 level or above) and advance in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong
  - solving abilities and attention to detail.
