What You'll Do

Support users of diabetes devices in German

Communicate across channels — phone, email, chat, SMS

Manage orders, documentation &
- solving with care

Be the reassuring voice behind a
- changing product

What You Bring

Fluency in German (C2) + English (B2)

Empathy, patience & attention to detail

Previous customer service or healthcare experience is a plus

What is Offered

6-month renewable contract

Salary: €1, 100 x14 + €400 complexity bonus (11 months)

Meal allowance (€7. 63/day)

24/7 rotating shifts (2 days off/week)
