Your Responsibilities

• Review
  - generated content including videos, images, texts and audio
• Monitor and assess reports of abuse, policy violations and appeals
• Maintain user safety and enforce platform guidelines
• Ensure a high standard of content quality and accuracy
• Provide insights and feedback to improve moderation procedures
• Work in rotating 24/7 shifts in a multilingual environment

Note: this position involves exposure to sensitive content including violence, explicit imagery and fake news.

Profile and Skills Required

• Native-level fluency in French and good English communication skills
• EU citizenship or valid work permit in Portugal
• Interest in digital platforms and online safety
• Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work in shifts

What You Get

• Full-time role with 40 hours per week
• Rotating shifts covering 24 hours, 7 days a week
• Two salary packages:
  • With free accommodation: 1040 euros gross per month
  • Without accommodation: 1240 euros gross per month
• Paid training at 50 percent of hourly wages
