Position: Content Moderator – Romanian Speaker

Location: Porto (100% On-site)

Are you fluent in Romanian and passionate about the digital world? Would you like to be part of one of the fastest-growing social media platforms globally? We’re looking for talented individuals to join a fun and dynamic team in Porto!

As a Content Moderator, your mission will be to review, assess, and tag video content shared on the platform. You’ll follow specific guidelines to make the right moderation decisions. If you're
- oriented, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and looking to join a growing project with real career opportunities — this could be for you!

? Key Responsibilities

• Moderate video content and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
• Provide support to Romanian-speaking users via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Answer questions about the platform’s products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams like Sales and Marketing to improve user experience.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase user satisfaction.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Native or C2 level in Romanian (mandatory)
• Good English skills (minimum B2)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress
• Strong
  - making skills and adaptability
• Independence, responsibility, and comfort with repetitive tasks

? What’s in It for You

• Base salary: €1, 000 gross x 14 months
• Meal allowance: €7. 63 per working day
• Direct contract with the client

? Work Schedule

• Monday to Sunday – 09:00 to 18:00 (2 rotating days off)
• Planned update: New shift from 13:00 to 22:00 coming soon

• Porto – On-site only (100%)
