We are looking for fluent Danish speakers with good English skills to join our client's team as Customer Support Specialists.

  responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing the client with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  
  utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  
  maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and
  - ups in the CRM system.
  
  collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  
  staying updated on client's latest offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
  
  exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction

  native or advanced Danish (C2) proficiency;

  What do we have for you?

  - base salary of 1500€/month;
  
  
  
  - performance bonus up to 80€/month;

  24/7 (rotative shifts)
