We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

We are looking for a Content Moderator (Danish speaker) to join our client’s team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role focuses on ensuring a safe online environment by monitoring and managing content on one of the world’s leading platforms for short mobile videos.

The platform hosts authentic, inspiring, and fun experiences and has offices worldwide, including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.

Your Responsibilities:

• Moderate and review
  - generated content in Danish
• Remove and block content that violates legal and ethical standards
• Filter, order, and analyze information according to platform guidelines
• Manage content to prevent cybercrime activities
• Handle sensitive content which may include criminal acts, torture, violence, hate speech, cyberbullying, terrorism, and violence against animals
• Ensure compliance with community standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Danish at C2 level
• Very good command of English (B2)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content responsibly
• Ability to work in a structured and
  - paced environment
• Excellent communication and
  - solving skills

What We Offer:

Option 1 – With

• Base salary: 1, 032 € gross/month
• Christmas allowance: 86 €
• Holiday allowance: 86 €
• Meal allowance: 154 €
• Total gross cash compensation: 1, 358 € gross/month

Option 2 – Without
- provided apartment

• Base salary: 1, 257 € gross/month
• Christmas allowance: 104. 75 €
• Holiday allowance: 104. 75 €
• Meal allowance: 154 €
• Total gross compensation: 1, 620. 50 € gross/month
