What you will do in this role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

1. Provide a content regulation service for one of the largest technological platforms in the World;
2. Ensure that the platform's store content is accurately reviewed and actioned to adhere to the platform's policies;
3. Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review;
4. Ensure training, standards, and policies are provided.

• Have an advanced level of Danish (written and oral) (C1);
• Prior Customer Service Experience - is mandatory (minimum 6 months);
• Have a high curiosity about the cryptocurrency market;
• Possess the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally;
• Are skilled in
  - tasking & working under pressure;
