Scrutinize, evaluate, and manage online material in the German language, ensuring it aligns perfectly with both internal company protocols and mandatory legal provisions. Guarantee that all pieces of content you review meet rigorous benchmarks for quality, precision, and regulatory conformity. Identify, document, and promptly report any noticeable inconsistencies, emerging trends, or situations that might present potential legal vulnerabilities. Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of all
- specific rules, guidelines, and policies related to content. Partner proactively with colleagues across different teams to refine content moderation workflows and provide constructive feedback aimed at continual improvement. Manage complex or escalated situations with careful consideration and professionalism, ensuring proper documentation is created and a final resolution is achieved. Actively contribute to fostering a positive, welcoming, and highly collaborative workplace culture. Required Skills and Qualifications

Linguistic proficiency: at least B2 level in German for both speaking and writing, and a minimum B2 level in English. Strong analytical capabilities and a meticulous focus on detail. Ability to work productively and effectively manage time in a demanding,
- moving operational environment. Effective communication and robust
- solving abilities. Comfortable and capable using various digital tools,
- based platforms, and content management systems. Prior experience in fields such as content moderation, legal analysis, or online operations is beneficial but not a strict requirement;
