Overview

Job description: Filtering the content of social media. Screening and monitoring the platform for abusive, violent, or other inappropriate content and ensuring a safe experience for its users and communities. Applicants should keep in mind that the content will in some cases contain strong and sensitive content.

Responsibilities

• Filter and monitor social media content to identify abusive, violent, or inappropriate material
• Ensure a safe experience for users and communities
• Handle content that may be strong or sensitive

Qualifications

• Written and oral fluency in English + Dutch OR German OR Nordic C2
• Able to deal with hard content
• Desire to work in a
  - based,
  - paced, international environment embracing different cultures, nationalities and languages
• Intermediate IT skills

Schedule

• Full-time (39 hours/week): Monday to Sunday with 2 weekends per month; day off can be separate during the week
• Part-time (16 hours/week): Saturday to Sunday; training will be as a FT
• Working model depends on LOB and market; hybrid model implemented
• Maximal 7 days working in a row
• Schedule provided one month in advance
• All breaks included and paid (25 min lunch, 5 minutes per hour break)

Contract information

• Fixed-term contract: 2 months, renewable depending on performance; after four or six months we can provide a permanent contract
• 1 month probation period included in first contract
• Hired from day 1 of training; training is paid

Training

• All LOBs training occurs on working days (Mon-Fri, no weekends and no bank holidays)
• Training hours confirmed by email the week before starting; they can be different from working hours
• The training duration depends on the LOB; minimal duration is 1 week and maximal duration up to 6 weeks

Holidays

• 32 days distributed over the year in 4 full weeks + 4 individual days
• No holidays during the first 2 months
