Content Moderator For French-English
Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you'll review and manage online content to make sure it follows our client's guidelines and helps keep online communities safe.
Main Tasks:
- Review, classify, or remove content based on client rules.
- Stay updated on changes to policies and guidelines.
- Report and help solve complex content issues.
- Support and represent the online community.
- Suggest ways to improve quality and efficiency.
- Take part in training sessions and team discussions.
- Handle sensitive topics carefully and professionally.

Requirements
- French: C1 or higher
- English: B2 or higher
- Strong emotional resilience and stress management
- Objective and unbiased judgment
- Great attention to detail
- Good analytical and
- making skills - Familiarity with internet platforms and online culture
- Awareness of political and social issues in your region
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Flexible with rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Committed to quality and efficiency
- Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus
- Valid work permit
- Completed compulsory education
- Over 18 years old
