As a Content Moderator, you will review and moderate business content posted on social media, focusing on the Spanish market to help build a better experience for our users. This role presents a significant challenge, but also a great opportunity for professional growth.

What you'll do

1. Review and moderate online content posted on the Spanish market;
2. Ensure all
   - uploaded information complies with guidelines based on client policies;
3. Stay knowledgeable about policies and community standards;
4. Apply best practices to meet client KPIs;
5. Use your knowledge to suggest internal or external improvement ideas.

What you'll need

1. Native-level written and verbal communication skills in Spanish;
2. Quick learner capable of developing skills rapidly;
3. Fluency in English (minimum B2 level);
4. Ability to differentiate personal beliefs from moderated content and policies;
5. Empathy;
6. Motivation and a positive attitude;
7. Experience managing high volumes of online content;
8. Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday.
