Job Description

World Talent Selection is an international recruitment company based in Portugal, specializing in recruiting talent in Customer Service, Tourism, and Secretariat across various markets.

We are seeking Lithuanian-speaking social media enthusiasts to join us as Content Moderators in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

• Evaluating online social media, web page content, and advertising content according to client policies.
• Reviewing images, videos, accounts, and
  - based content visually.
• Escalating policy violations using internal tools.
• Maintaining high quality standards in reviews.
• Meeting weekly productivity targets.
• Prioritizing tasks based on client needs.
• Participating in client meetings to discuss findings and recommendations.
• Supporting different workflows, products, and markets as needed, including English market support and translation tools.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Lithuanian and good command of English.
• Experience in content moderation.
• Excellent communication skills.
