Job Description

As a Content Moderator, you will review content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uploaded content complies with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines.
• Identify and escalate issues through proper internal channels, following company protocols.
• Maintain strong knowledge of
  - commerce products, services, and industry standards.
• Adapt to policy updates, schedule changes, and follow standard operating procedures.
• Review content in line with SLAs and quality benchmarks.

Profile

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (C2 level).
• Fluency in English (B2 level).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eligible to work in the EU or hold Portuguese residency.
• Excellent moderation skills, clear communication, sound judgment, and local market insight.
• Able to work rotating shifts.
• Strong customer service skills with empathy and effective communication.
• Computer and Internet literate.
• Understanding of
  - commerce platforms and industry practices.
• Able to manage high workloads during peak periods.
