What You Will Do In This Role

• Provide content regulation service for one of the world's largest technological platforms.
• Review platform store content to ensure compliance with policies and take appropriate action.
• Maintain a high level of quality in each case you review.
• Support training, standards and policy dissemination.

Qualifications

• Advanced level of French (written and oral) (C1)
• English level (intermediate)
• Prior customer service experience mandatory (minimum 6 months)
• High curiosity about the cryptocurrency market
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Fast learner and diligent
