Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide content regulation services for a social media platform.
• Review and action user content and accounts to ensure safety for all users.
• Maintain high quality standards in case reviews.
• Follow social media policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in German (C1 level) and English (B2), with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to quickly develop necessary skills.
• Resilient in a
  - paced environment.
• Ability to differentiate personal beliefs from content moderation policies.
• High emotional intelligence and patience for managing difficult interactions.
• Motivated, positive attitude, and high attention to detail.

• Working schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 AM - 10:00 PM with rotating shifts (07:00-04:00, 09:00-06:00, 01:00-10:00), 2 days off.
