candidates with strong English skills to join an on‑site Content Moderation team operating in Lisbon in a 24/7 rotational shift model. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, respectful, and compliant online environment for millions of users worldwide. Responsibilities

As a content moderator, you will review reports from users, evaluate text, images, videos, and other digital content, and take action based on established internal policies. You will assess whether content complies with community guidelines, identify potential threats, protect user
- being, and maintain platform integrity. This position requires focus, emotional resilience, and the ability to make balanced decisions objectively. You will receive full training to understand the guidelines, escalation procedures, and safety protocols required for responsible moderation work. You will work in a multicultural office with rotational shifts covering both weekdays and weekends. Collaboration, strong communication, and attention to detail are vital to success in this role.
