• Checking and updating content on one of the world's most popular social media platforms.
• Auditing and preparing content for social media uploads to ensure it meets quality and compliance standards.
• Monitoring KPIs to ensure our service meets and exceeds contractual targets.
• Staying informed on our clients' products and services to provide accurate and relevant moderation.
• Following strict guidelines to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
• Safeguarding customer data and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent German (written & spoken)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
