What You’ll Do:

• Review
  - generated content across multiple platforms and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Identify inappropriate, harmful, or spam content and take appropriate action.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report trends or issues.
• Contribute to a safe and welcoming digital community for millions of users.

What You Bring:

• Fluent German (spoken and written).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to make decisions independently and follow clear guidelines.
• Flexibility to work 24/7 rotational shifts: 07:00-16:00, 14:00-23:00, 22:30-07:30.
• On-site 100% presence in Porto.
• Previous moderation or content review experience is a plus.
