Compensation

• Base salary: 1100 (x14 months)
• Language bonus: 450 (x12 months)
• Meal allowance: 1, 837 (net/year)

Schedule & Days Off

• 24/7 Monday to Sunday rotative shifts
• 07:00 - 16:00
• 14:00 - 23:00
• 22:30 - 07:30

Days Off: 2 days (rotative)

On-site: 100%

Your Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online videos, content, and complaints to ensure adherence to copyright and community guidelines.
• Update, audit, and manage content for a leading social media platform.
• Strictly follow accuracy guidelines to maintain platform integrity.
• Protect customer data and ensure compliance with all processes.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Your Profile

Required Skills

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2)
• Strong PC navigation and computer skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Keen attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment

Nice‑to‑Have Qualities

• Previous experience in customer service or content moderation (6 months to 1 year)
• Associate degree in a related field
• Tolerance for repetitive tasks while maintaining high‑quality output
• Team player with an independent work approach
• Professional and patient demeanor when handling challenging situations
