As a Content Moderator in Porto (On‑Site) you will use your skills to support our client's various social media platform areas, ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in service improvements for all users.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate content to ensure adherence to platform guidelines.
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively.
• Analyze moderation reports and make accurate decisions.
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios.
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Fluent, verbal and written German.
• Intermediate level English.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast‑paced, high‑production environment.
• Tolerance for sensitive content.
• Ability to work as a team member and independently.
• Ability to multitask, possess critical reasoning skills, and communicate effectively.
• Fast learner and diligent worker.
