As a Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site), you will support our
- 's social media guidelines, promote service improvements, and ensure quality in line with client guidelines.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
• Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on knowledge base
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C1) written and spoken
• Fluent in English (B2) written and spoken
• Minimum education qualification of college degree or equivalent diploma
• Strong understanding of
  - commerce
• Experience working with moderation service industry
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts
• Strong moderation skills and rational decision making with local market expertise
• Fluent with social media products and basic understanding of digital advertising
