What You Will Do In This Role
As a Content Moderator, you will:
- Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality
- Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
- Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on knowledge base
- Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively
- Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios
- Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are fluent, verbal and written in German (C1)
- Are fluent, verbal and written in English (B2)
- Have minimum education qualification of college degree or an equivalent diploma
- Have strong understanding of
- commerce - Have experience working with moderation service industry
- Are available for 24/7 rotating shifts
- Have strong moderation skills and rational decision making with local market expertise
- Are fluent with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
