Your Profile

- Fluent in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)

- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in related fields

- Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a
- paced,
- production environment

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Excellent multitasking, critical reasoning, and communication skills

- Quick learner and diligent worker

Your Responsibilities

As a Content Moderator, you will:

- Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve user experience

- Review, audit, and moderate content, ensuring compliance with copyright and community guidelines

- Monitor user behaviors and ensure adherence to social media rules

- Analyze reports, following protocols and procedures to maintain
- quality standards

- Serve as a central point of moderation, applying guidelines to nuanced and
- dependent policies

- Make autonomous decisions on potentially sensitive or
- critical issues

- Full-time position with indefinite contracts (negotiable)
