A booming social media network relies heavily on responsible and keen content moderators to ensure an optimal user experience and safety. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and communicative candidate to moderate content for a social media platform in a
- paced environment.

Your responsibilities and impact as Content Moderator will be:

• Reviewing and scanning content on the app
• Checking if it is appropriate and complies with platform guidelines
• Safeguarding the user experience

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed:

• C1/native German speaker + advanced English skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Affinity for social media
• Reliable and proactive approach
• Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is desirable but not required
• Commitment to providing
  - quality, accurate information
• Availability to work on weekends

What’s in it for you?

• Full-time contract for 6 months, 40hrs/week
• Rotative shifts: morning (07:00–16:00), afternoon (14:00–23:00), night (22:30–07:30)
• Salary: 950 € gross/month (14 times/year) + 450 € gross/month (12 times/year) + 7. 63 €/day meal allowance + 1000 € welcome bonus + Private Health Insurance
• Reimbursement for travel: up to 700€ for international candidates after 90 days + hotel for 28 days; up to 150€ for local candidates after 90 days
