Job Description:

Do you enjoy watching content such as short
- sync, comedy, or talent videos? Have you already tried creating some yourself? Are you always aware of the newest trends on the internet? Then we might have the right opportunity for you in Lisbon, Portugal!

Your responsibilities and impact as a customer service agent will be:

• Reviewing content (videos, images, text, and audio) in accordance with policies
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
• Ensuring user and brand safety
• Working on a 24/7 shift rotation

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed:

• Fluent in Dutch and good in English
• Looking for an opportunity abroad

Salary options (*):
