David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO company that is looking to recruit an Italian-speaking Content Moderator for their office in Lisbon.

Position : Content Moderator

Location : Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type : Full-time (6-month contract)

Remuneration : Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintain strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading
  - commerce products, services, and industry standards
• Review content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks
• Ensure uploaded content complies with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines
• Adapt to policy updates, schedule changes, and follow standard operating procedures consistently
• Identify and escalate issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols

REQUIREMENTS :

• Native / fluent in Italian, both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and local market insight
• Solid understanding of
  - commerce platforms and industry practices
• Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
• Strong customer service skills with empathy, effective communication, and balanced
  - making
