Content Moderator (Italian) Lisboa

Overview

We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit an Italian speaking Content Moderator for their office in Lisbon.

Position: Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract)

Remuneration: Base salary

Responsibilities

• Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading
  - commerce products, services, and industry standards
• Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks
• Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines
• Adapted to policy updates, schedule changes, and followed standard operating procedures with consistency
• Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian both verbal and written. Fluent in English.
• Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and local market insight
• Solid understanding of
  - commerce platforms and industry practices
• Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
• Strong customer service skills with empathy, effective communication, and balanced
