Content Moderator (Italian)
Overview
We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit an Italian speaking Content Moderator for their office in Lisbon.
Position: Content Moderator
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract)
Remuneration: Base salary
Responsibilities
- Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading
- commerce products, services, and industry standards - Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks
- Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines
- Adapted to policy updates, schedule changes, and followed standard operating procedures with consistency
- Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian both verbal and written. Fluent in English.
- Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and local market insight
- Solid understanding of
- commerce platforms and industry practices - Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
- Strong customer service skills with empathy, effective communication, and balanced
