Job Description:

Tasks:

• Investigating and resolving issues regarding reported/flagged content on social media;
• Handling and supporting client policies and guidelines;
• Maintaining quality standards for user safety.

Requirements:

• 0 to 1-year experience working on content quality, safety, or policy in a major tech or media company (preferable but not mandatory);
• European citizenship or a valid work permit in Portugal;
• Fluency in Italian (C1/C2/Native), and strong verbal and written command (minimum B2 level) of English.
