What You Will Do

• Review online videos, content, complaints & legal notices
• Evaluate decisions related to copyright or policy compliance
• Update and audit content on a major social media platform
• Ensure accuracy and consistency with client guidelines
• Protect user data and follow strict compliance procedures
• Meet performance targets and quality KPIs
• Maintain working knowledge of client products/services

Who We’re Looking For

• Detail-oriented, dependable, patient, and professional
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a
  - paced environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Previous customer service or related experience is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible 24/7 rotative shifts
