Overview

We are looking for French and English‑speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an international team in Lisbon, representing one of the most trusted names in home appliances. This is your chance to combine professional growth with the experience of living in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities.

Contract Details

This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract (CDD), on‑site in Lisbon. You will work Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 19:00 on a rotational schedule, with Sunday and one additional day off per week.

Compensation

• €900/month (14 payments per year)
• €100/month (11 payments per year)
• Annual total: approximately €15, 700 (including incentives)
• Plus a special wage incentive of €2, 000

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for the French market
• Answer inquiries, troubleshoot appliance issues, and ensure each customer enjoys a smooth and supportive experience.

Qualifications

• French at native or advanced level
• English at B2 level
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills, problem‑solving ability, and a customer‑first mindset are essential.
• Legal right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit/visa). Work permit sponsorship is not provided.
