DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and assess
  - reported content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
• Analyze report data to evaluate severity and nature of issues.
• Collaborate with teams to handle sensitive cases appropriately.
• Use analysis to generate insights for process improvements and innovation.
• Evaluate new features and propose measures to prevent misuse.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Persian (C1), with strong written and spoken skills, and English (B2).
• Strong time management and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail in communication.
• Ability to make decisions in a
  - paced environment.
• Interest in digital platforms, online communities, and user safety.
• EU citizen or Portugal Residence Card.
