Position: Content Moderator (German)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and monitor
  - submitted content to ensure adherence to platform standards.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while conducting assessments.
• Identify and report potential risks or policy violations in a timely manner.
• Offer feedback and suggestions to improve content guidelines and processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German (C2), both oral and written.
• Good command of English (at least B2) for internal communication.
• Ability to work in a flexible shift environment, including nights and weekends.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent attention to detail.

• Gross 985 EUR
• sign on bonus €3940 paid in months 2, 3, 6, 9x in €985 instalments, language bonus €400x12 -this is paid quarterly + meal allowance + performance bonus of up to €100/month
