We are seeking a
Content Moderator
to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will review and moderate video content on a major social media platform, ensuring compliance with community guidelines.

This position requires resilience and emotional balance, as you may be exposed to sensitive or potentially disturbing content. You will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating content, applying policies consistently, and accurately tagging decisions.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Romanian (C2) + English (B2/C1) – ability to write reports in English and follow team communication
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with good stress management skills
• Consistency in following defined processes
• Patience and focus to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality
• Emotional resilience when exposed to sensitive material
• Confidence and independence to make quick, sound decisions

Work Schedule

• Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 18:00 (2 rotating days off)
• Planned: Evening shift introduction (13:00 to 22:00)
• Future possibility: Extension to a 24/7 schedule

Offer

• Base Salary: €1, 000 (paid in 14 months)
• Meal Allowance: €7. 63 per working day
