Role Overview

As a Romanian-Speaking Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating
- generated content (text, images, and videos) to ensure compliance with the platform's community guidelines and policies. This essential role helps protect users and maintain the integrity of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze content reported by users and internal systems, making accurate and
  - sensitive decisions about its compliance.
• Apply content policies consistently and effectively across various media formats.
• Document content review outcomes and contribute to policy improvements by providing insights into emerging trends.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding content and user data.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and share best practices.

A Note on Resilience and Emotional Balance

Content moderation is a demanding role. Due to the nature of the content you will be reviewing, which can sometimes be graphic, sensitive, or disturbing, candidates must possess strong emotional balance, maturity, and resilience. The ability to maintain professionalism and focus while exposed to sensitive material is critical for success and
- being in this position.

Essential Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Fluent proficiency in Romanian (written and spoken) is mandatory. You must be able to understand cultural nuances and slang.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher (written and spoken) for training and internal communication.
• Willingness to work
  - site in Porto, Portugal.
• Proven ability to remain composed and objective while dealing with potentially distressing content.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Desirable (Good to Have)

• Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar
  - volume review role is beneficial but not required.

Working Hours and Shifts

• Initial Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 18:00 (full-time, 40 hours/week).
• Days Off: 2 Rotative days per week.
• Planned Extension: Be prepared for the eventual introduction of an Evening Shift (13:00 to 22:00) as we extend to a 24/7 operational schedule.
