If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal (On‑Site) you will use your skills to support our client’s social media areas, ensuring client guidelines are followed, promoting service improvements, and actively participating across all user interactions.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality.
• Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
• Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on the knowledge base.
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively.
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios.
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written Spanish (C1).
• Fluent verbal and written English (B2).
• Minimum education: college degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce.
• Experience working with moderation services industry.
• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Strong moderation skills and rational decision making with local market expertise.
• Familiarity with social media products and basic understanding of digital advertising.
