Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content posted on social media for the Dutch market;
• Ensure uploaded information complies with client policies;
• Stay informed about policies and community standards;
• Implement best practices to meet KPIs;
• Propose improvement ideas based on your knowledge.

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch communication skills (written and verbal);
• Quick learner with the ability to develop skills rapidly;
• English proficiency (minimum B2);
• Ability to differentiate personal beliefs from moderated content and policies;
• Empathy;
• Motivation and positive attitude;
• Experience handling high volumes of online content;
• Willingness to relocate (full support provided).
