Content Moderator with Czech Lisboa

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

Role: Czech-speaking Content Moderator to join our Short Video Content Moderation team for a leading social media platform in Lisbon, Portugal. As an Operations Customer Expert – Content Moderator, you will ensure a safe, compliant, and respectful online environment by reviewing and moderating
- generated content, identifying guideline violations, and collaborating on complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze videos, images, text, and audio for adherence to community guidelines.
• Remove or flag inappropriate content based on platform policies.
• Moderate user interactions including comments, posts, and appeals.
• Classify and label content to ensure proper categorization.
• Maintain legal and platform compliance to uphold safety and trust.
• Document moderation decisions and report emerging trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including policy and legal, on sensitive or complex issues.

Requirements

• Fluent Czech (C2) and strong English skills (C1).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working in a structured,
  - paced, and
  - volume environment.
• Ability to manage exposure to sensitive or potentially distressing content with professionalism.
• Previous experience in content moderation, social media, or related fields is a plus.
• Flexible to work on a rotational shift schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Compensation

• Option 1 – With Company-Provided Apartment: Total Compensation €1, 268. 67 gross/month; Base Salary €784; Christmas Bonus €65. 33; Holiday Bonus €65. 33; Meal Allowance (€7/day) approx. €154.
• Option 2 – Without Apartment (Higher Base Salary): Total Compensation €1, 270. 50 gross/month; Base Salary €957; Christmas Bonus €79. 75; Holiday Bonus €79. 75; Meal Allowance (€7/day) approx. €154.
