What You’ll Do:

1. Moderate and review content (Seller, Product, Live, and Short Video) to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
2. Ensure legal compliance and the safety of uploaded content on the platform.
3. Develop, improve, and maintain standards for online community security.
4. Enhance content management strategies for short video platforms.
5. Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient and timely handling of
   - violating content.

What You Need:

1. Fluent in French & English (written & spoken).
2. Passion for content moderation, social media, and digital platforms.
3. Ability to handle sensitive content with a professional and ethical approach.
4. Strong attention to detail and
   - solving skills.
5. Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or customer support is a plus!

Benefits:

1. Meal Allowance: €7. 17 per worked day (approx. €150. 57 for 21 workdays).
2. Performance Bonus: €120 (starting from the 1st full month of production, subject to terms & conditions).
3. Medical & Dental Insurance: Included from Day 1 (€13. 05 value).
4. Annual Leave: 22 business days (as per Portuguese law).
5. Public Holidays: Compensation provided for working on Portuguese public holidays.
6. Relocation Package (for candidates relocating to Portugal):

• Up to €200 travel reimbursement (after 3 months upon providing ticket evidence).
• Up to €360/month for accommodation (for the first 3 months, reimbursed monthly).
• Accommodation Support: Personalized assistance with temporary & permanent housing.

1. Reference Letters (covering last 3 years of employment).
2. High School Diploma / University Degree (if applicable).
3. Identification (Passport or Citizen Card).
4. Social Security Number (National and/or Portuguese).
5. Proof of Address (National and/or Portuguese).

Start Date: Contract starts on your first day of training (fully paid by our client).

We assist with all required Portuguese documentation on your first day.
