About the Role

As a Content Moderator for a top
- commerce platform, you will review and moderate user‑generated content to ensure compliance with policies and maintain high quality standards. You will use your cultural understanding, communication skills, and precision to safeguard the platform’s integrity.

Location & Schedule

Lisbon (On‑Site)

24/7 operation Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts with 2 rotative days off)

Languages Required

Italian (C2) + English (B2)

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate content for compliance with platform and e‑commerce policies.
• Apply judgment to detect policy/legal issues and escape as needed.
• Stay up to date with products, policies, and industry trends.
• Adapt to evolving guidelines, schedules, and policies.
• Handle increased workload during campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (C2) and good command of English (B2).
• Strong moderation and decision‑making skills.
• Understanding of e‑commerce platforms.
• Empathy, resilience, and high tolerance for rotative, shift‑based work.
• Comfortable handling sensitive content.
