About The Role
As a Content Moderator for a top
- commerce platform, you will review and moderate usergenerated content to ensure compliance with policies and maintain high quality standards. Youll use your cultural understanding, communication skills, and precision to safeguard the platforms integrity.

Ensure Quality & Safety: Review and moderate content for compliance with platform and
- commerce policies.

Policy Compliance: Apply judgment to detect policy/legal issues and escalate as needed.

Stay Informed: Keep

- date with products, policies, and industry trends.

Adapt to Change: Work within evolving guidelines, schedules, and policies.

Manage Peaks: Handle increased workload during campaigns and promotions.

What Were Looking For

Fluency in Italian (C2) and good command of English (B2).

Strong moderation and

Understanding of
- commerce platforms.

- based work.

Comfortable handling sensitive content.

Lisbon-Only Benefits:

Reimbursement of airfare (Economy class) up to 400 at the end of the 6th month of the contract.

Relocation package: Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, rent 280/month (utilities included, deducted from payslip).

Location & Relocation Policy

Lisbon Remote Role: Only open to candidates living between Coimbra and Algarve. No relocation provided.

Braga & Aveiro: No accommodation or relocation offered candidates must already live north of Coimbra.

Start Date: 25 September 2025

Contract Type: 6-month CDD (with possibility of extension)
