Your Role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

• Take an active role in seeking initiatives to enhance services and improve the overall user experience.
• Review, audit, and moderate content for both end customers and copyright.
• Actively monitor user behaviors and ensure adherence to social media guidelines.
• Analyze reports based on protocols and procedures, maintaining
  - quality standards.
• Serve as a key moderator between social media users, ensuring
  - sensitive decisions align with company guidelines.
• Make independent decisions on sensitive or
  - critical issues.

What We're Looking For

We're a great fit for you if you:

• Are fluent in both German (C1) and English (B2).
• Have at least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar field.
• Can tolerate repetitive tasks in a
  - paced,
  - production environment.
• Are a team player, as well as able to work independently.
• Can multitask, think critically, and communicate effectively.
• Are a quick learner and diligent worker.
