Content Operation Analyst

The Content Operation Analyst position is responsible for providing
- quality and timely support to Cision teams via email and ticket systems. The role involves managing the client configurations database using Cision tools and overseeing the media monitoring database.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Configure and adjust online media settings through a
   - crawler service using HTML, JSON, and Java
   Script languages, and manage content delivery processes.
2. Monitor daily metrics and alerts to ensure system performance.
3. Support Cision teams by troubleshooting media monitoring issues for clients through support tickets and email communication.
4. Set up searches using keyword combinations based on Boolean Logic.
5. Provide feedback to the WISE Engineering team to improve web monitoring and delivery processes.
6. Communicate effectively with external content providers.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

1. High school diploma; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
2. One to two years of experience with online support tools such as HTML and Boolean Logic.
3. Basic understanding of relevant concepts, practices, and procedures, with the ability to apply them in various situations.
4. Proficiency in Portuguese and English.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged sitting without leaving the work area.
• Ability to communicate ideas verbally.
• Perception of speech and sounds.
