Content Reviewer – Process Associate – English – On Site Lisbon!

In this job, you will be responsible for keeping the digital streets safe for our communities across the world!

Responsibilities

Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer

Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance

Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or another format daily

Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action

Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements

Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to

Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager

Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI’s and all performance metrics are met

Uphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactions

Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project

Important:

This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence,
- harm, child abuse, and hate speech.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Proficient Level of English C1 (minimum)

Previous experience in Content Moderation would be an asset

High School Diploma

Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer

Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance

Curso de Especialização Tecnológica - Level 5 – Quadro Nacional de Qualificações

Important:

You must be eligible for an IEFP Internship.

Preferred Qualifications

Trust & Safety Experience – preferably content labelling and/or moderation

Neutral
- set to digital content that needs classification & policy review

Strong emotional intelligence and resilience

Accurate and critical work attitude
