Content reviewer – Process Associate – Portuguese – On Site Lisbon

Review, rate, classify, annotate, categorize, group, or label content related to video, audio, text, image, documents, or other relevant data based on defined guidelines to generate data sets for classification, production, and machine learning purposes.
Actively listen and review content for inappropriate language, intent, title/thumbnails, and other content for compliance with policies; rate them on multiple parameters to categorize the content. Review responses from users, comprehend, and
- review content as needed.
Understand and stay updated with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer.
Analyze online videos, social media, web pages, and advertising content for compliance.
Examine content in various formats daily.
Identify
- compliant content and flag for action.
Provide feedback for policies, tools, and process improvements.
Gain knowledge of adjacent and cross policies beyond the assigned policy.
Train team members regarding daily tasks as requested by the manager.
Collaborate with team members and other teams to accomplish tasks.
Complete the training plan associated with the position.
Work may require a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts, reviewing sensitive content such as graphic violence,
- harm, child abuse, and hate speech.

Undergraduate/Bachelor degree with work experience in a reputed company.
Demonstrated stable job tenure.
Ability to perform duties objectively, without biases or personal beliefs.
