Content reviewer – Process Associate – Spanish – On Site Lisbon

Responsibilities

1. Review, rate, classify, annotate, categorize, group, or label content related to video, audio, text, image, documents, or other relevant data based on defined guidelines to generate data sets for classification, production, and machine learning purposes.
2. Actively listen and review content for inappropriate language, intent, titles/thumbnails, and other content for compliance with policies; rate them on multiple parameters to categorize the content. Review responses from users, comprehend, and
   - review content.
3. Understand and stay updated with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer.
4. Analyze online videos, social media, web pages, and advertising content for compliance.
5. Examine the content, which could be in text, image, audio, video, or other formats daily.
6. Identify
   - compliant content and flag for action.
7. Provide feedback for policies, tools, and process improvements.
8. Gain knowledge of adjacent and cross policies beyond the assigned policy.
9. Train other team members regarding daily tasks as requested.
10. Collaborate within the company to accomplish tasks.
11. Complete the training plan attached to the position and tasks.
12. Note: This role may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts, reviewing highly egregious/sensitive online content.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Spanish (minimum C1)
• Good level of English (minimum B2)
• Stable job tenure demonstrated
