Content Reviewer Analyst – Dutch

Content moderators play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and safety of online content while gaining valuable job experience. You will deliver value to our clients and make a significant societal impact.

Your responsibilities include analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and
- based content, as well as investigating, escalating, and resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of this role, you may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.

Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe, but it can also be challenging. Moderators may be exposed to objectionable content, such as graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious material. Therefore, resilience and coping skills are essential. We prioritize the health and
- being of our team and provide support and resources, including participation in Accenture’s
- being programs designed for the Trust & Safety community.

Role Details

• Review, classify, and/or remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels;
• Stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines;
• Investigate, resolve, and communicate complex content issues to the Trust and Safety team;
• Advocate for the user community;
• Participate in process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency;
• Engage in ongoing training and workgroup discussions for role development;
• Discuss socially sensitive topics to maintain community safety.

Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications / Skills Needed :

• Dutch level C1 or above;
• English level B2 or above;
• Strong resilience and stress management skills;
• Objective performance of duties without bias;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to synthesize and analyze multiple information streams;
• Critical thinking and
  - making skills;
• Deep interest in internet culture and platforms;
• Cultural awareness of political and social contexts relevant to the supported region;
• Ability to work independently and in teams;
• Flexibility for rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays;
• Commitment to quality and efficiency;
• Previous experience in BPO, customer service, or content moderation is a plus;
• Valid Work Permit;
• Minimum completed education;
• Over 18 years of age;
• Availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
