Your responsibilities and impact as a Content Reviewer will be:

Validating written content to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with policies

Reviewing advertisement content and confirming its relevance and correctness

Sharing feedback and ideas to improve content quality and internal processes

Becoming an expert in content moderation and providing guidance on accuracy and safety

Playing a key role in making online information safer and more useful

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native-level German with at least C1 English proficiency

Passion for customer service, content moderation, or technical support

Understanding of the value and impact of a good user experience

Strong listening, communication, and
- solving skills

Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working at a fast pace

Excitement for intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle

Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career

Valid Portuguese work permit or EU work eligibility required

Salary package:

€1458 base salary

€120 monthly performance bonus starting from the fourth month

Help with acquiring NIF and SSN

Relocation package of €400 per month for the first 4 months
