We are looking for a Content Reviewer fluent in German or French.

The primary goal is to evaluate health‑related prompts and provide feedback that improves AI models.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Read and understand new evaluation guidelines, including criteria and examples.
• Evaluate overall quality of responses based on:

• Ability to answer user questions (including identifying explicit refusals/turns).
• Helpfulness of responses in meeting user needs and providing actionable information.
• Understanding and interpretation of user queries.
• Factuality of information, including identifying hallucinations.
• Provision of recommendations for health and wellness improvement or general health knowledge.
• Comprehensiveness (clarity and directness) in addressing all aspects of a query.
• Utilization of personal user data (metrics, demographics, memories) in responses.
• Extraction and correct use of information from personal data.
• Overall sentiment and appropriateness of tone in messages.
• Overall quality and room for improvement of the response/model.
• Appropriateness of response length to the query.
• Cultural and regional appropriateness of the response (terminology, units, references, tone).

• Document any questions, concerns or issues encountered while applying the guidelines.
• Provide clear, concise, and constructive comments directly on the guidelines.
• Participate in calibration sessions with team members and clients as instructed.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Synthesize evaluation findings into actionable recommendations for modeling and product teams.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external contacts as required.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently.
• Adhere to Tech Mahindra and client procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Follow all KPI‑related tasks to prevent business impact.
• Ensure breaks are pre‑approved by the SME, Team Leader, or Managers.
• Comply with all instructions from the Team Leader & superiors.
• Adhere to all process‑specific policies.
• Maintain confidentiality for all process‑related work and critical details.
• Undertake any additional ad‑hoc tasks that contribute to improved client service or KPI enhancement.
• Identify opportunities that would help enhance existing workflow.

Skills Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in scoring, identifying errors, and providing clear written justifications.
• Familiarity with general health and wellness concepts & terms (specific medical knowledge not required).
• Familiarity with common wearable device metrics (steps, heart rate, sleep duration) is a plus.
• Experience in content review, data annotation, or quality assurance is advantageous.
• Expertise in French or German culture, familiarity with local standards, places, numbers, conversion units (e. g. , miles vs KMs), metrics, slang, nuances, festivals.

QA Engineer – Mid Level

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing product development team. This mid‑level position is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in software testing.

What will you be doing?

• Test planning: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand feature documentation and define effective test strategies and test cases.
• Manual testing: Perform exploratory, functional, UI/UX, and regression testing of new and existing features.
• Regression cycles: Participate in structured regression testing weeks – one full week per release (every 6 weeks).
• Bug tracking: Identify, document, and prioritize issues using our issue tracking system (e. g. , Jira).
• QA documentation: Maintain clear and structured test case repositories and contribute to improving QA processes and documentation.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and PMs to advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.

What we expect from you?

• 2+ years of experience in a QA role, preferably in an Agile product development environment.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle.
• Comfortable participating in regular regression testing cycles and organizing time effectively around them.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Test
  Rail, or similar QA/test case management systems.
• Bonus: Experience with automation frameworks (e. g. , Cypress, Selenium) is appreciated, but not mandatory.

Nice to have

• Exposure to or hands‑on experience with test automation tools (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright).
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or REST‑assured; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for validating data in backend systems.

• Maintain quality procedures, work instructions and forms.
