What you can expect

Content Reviewers on our Chatbot team are responsible for evaluating content related to word ambiguity and hierarchy, ensuring it complies with guidelines and contains no violations or illegal activity. This role involves working with a leading client in internet search and video sharing, contributing to the quality of their platform. As a Reviewer, you play a key role in maintaining content integrity, enhancing user experience, and upholding high standards of quality and productivity.

What you'll do

• Assessing online social media, webpage content, and advertising content in alignment with client policies;
• Visually navigating and reviewing images, videos, accounts, and
  - based content;
• Utilizing internal tools to escalate violations of client policies;
• Upholding a high level of quality in each reviewed case;
• Meeting weekly productivity deliverables within your daily workflow;
• Prioritizing daily workflow tasks in accordance with client needs;
• Seizing the opportunity to participate in client meetings, contributing findings and ongoing recommendations;
• Providing occasional support for different workflows, products, or markets.

What you'll need

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in German;
• Proficiency in English (B2 level);

• Empathic;

• Motivated and with a positive attitude;
• Attention to detail;
• Experience in dealing with high volumes of online content.
