What You’ll Do

Review and assess
- generated content, including profiles, audio, video, and text

Investigate, escalate, and resolve
- related issues flagged by users or systems

Apply client policies objectively and consistently

Help improve online experiences while contributing to a safer digital community

Note: Due to the nature of the role, exposure to flashing lights or
- contrast visuals may occur.

✅ What You Bring

German: C1 level or above

English: B2 level or above

Strong emotional resilience and
- management skills

Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking

Ability to work objectively, without personal bias

Passion for the internet, digital platforms, and online culture

Cultural awareness of political and social topics relevant to the supported market

Comfort working independently and as part of a team

Experience in BPO, customer service, or content moderation is a plus
